Senior CRM Manager (all genders)

What you are going to do

  • You drive CRM Strategy cross-channel and steer initiatives across all stages of the user lifecycle to increase users’ retention, features’ adoption and conversions

  • You own the CRM channels end-to-end (emails, push notifications, in app messages / content cards) and break-down the company goals into campaigns

  • You conceptualize, set-up and optimize the CRM journeys for the relevant user segments

  • You improve our tracking and tech set-up in collaboration with Product, Tech and Data teams and troubleshoot issues with our platform as they arise

  • You apply automation strategies and techniques to our campaigns to help scale their impact

  • You design and execute test-and-learn (i. e. A/B-testing) campaigns and enhance user touchpoints in close alignment with Design and Product teams to guarantee a world class user experience

  • You measure deliverability and results of our campaigns and report on CRM channels’ performance

What we are looking for

  • At least 4 years of experience in CRM and excellent knowledge of a common CRM system (Braze and / or Salesforce preferred)

  • Mobile app engagement understanding, with previous hands-on experience across various CRM channels (incl. push notifications and in app messaging) is a must

  • Ability to define tool development and tracking needs, specify requirements to Product & Tech teams and gain stakeholders’ buy in

  • Familiarity with HTML within email templates

  • Interest in marketing technology as well as in the insurtech and the fintech industries

  • Fluent in English, native German is a plus
